This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. This position is responsible for the physical condition of the building and grounds, including but not limited to, general building maintenance, apartment maintenance, grounds keeping, Geo-Thermal maintenance, and wellness center equipment, ensuring that routine and non-routine maintenance is performed. May also complete duties related to unit turnovers & inspections (cleaning and sanitizing), window washing, running errands for supplies or equipment needs, snow removal, working with volunteers and other related responsibilities.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud. This position usually works in an office and/or fitness oriented environment, but the mission of the organization may sometimes take them to non-standard workplaces. This position works a standard work week, but additionally will often work evening, weekend, and additional hours to accommodate management of program activities, building coverage and representation of the organization at events.
