As a Program Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to develop, deliver and administer varied youth and family programs in our facility and community. You will provide quality customer service and ensure a safe, fun, and positive environment for all staff, program participants, and families. 1. Create and plan program activities.
2. Develop and implement promotion plan to advertise program.
3. Manage and coordinate program activities.
4. Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate program staff.
5. Prepare reports and rosters using computer information.
6. Develop and implement evaluation plan to learn results of program.
7. Know emergency procedures and be able to demonstrate them to others.
8. Respond to questions and concerns of program participants and families.
9. Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor or designated staff person.

5. American Red Cross CPR-PR/AED/First Aid Certifications or equivalent certifications approved by the YMCA
6. American Red Cross Blood Borne Pathogens Training or equivalent training approved by the YMCA
7. Mandatory Child Abuse Reporter certification
8. One year previous experience working with programs
9. Completion of high school or equivalent
